
You want to clear out the areas of all but the target first, then get ready to poison the target at the brothel, and run to the train track and church area with a character each.

Some are marked with a speech bubble, others are just from standing near other NPCs or the targets. Simply wait for him and his friends to separate, kill him, then toss him in the freshly dug grave. Josh is a special named NPC with a shovel by the open grave in the church area. Then simply use the house facade accident to kill the target, get out of there, and finish the rest of the mission. Feel free to go crazy with dynamite at the end. Pretty simple, no Buntline, no dual revolvers. Just do the mission on Beginner difficulty, to save yourself a headache. Plenty of chances at the end, also a spot to get it halfways through the mission.

As long as you remain undetected while taking out the gunmen guarding them, you should be fine. Tutorial level, therefore does not contain badges. This means for some where badges are mutually exclusive, you can simply do a save, meet the criteria for one, reload, then do the other badge. You do not need to beat the level nor continue from that moment. Note that badges are granted as soon as you qualify.
